Terms of Use

By downloading or using the Drawbloom app ("App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
The App shows a sketch over your phone's camera view so you can trace it on paper, and can turn a photo or a text description into a line drawing with AI. AI results are generated by third-party models and may contain inaccuracies. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
2. Your content
You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload. You must not use the App to create content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights. You keep the rights to your photos, drawings and videos; we claim no ownership of them. You can report any AI result you find offensive or inappropriate from inside the App (Report on the result screen or in Account); we review reports and may block content or restrict abusive use.
3. Subscriptions
Part of the sketch library and the AI tools require Drawbloom PRO, an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly). Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. A trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
4. Fair use
AI sketches are subject to fair-use limits (currently up to 15 per day per device). We may change these limits with notice in the App.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer the App, abuse the API, automate requests, or resell generated content as a competing service.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drawbloom is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is always available at this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
