This policy explains what Drawbloom ("we") collects when you use the App and how it is used.

Camera

The camera view used for tracing is processed only on your device. Drawing videos you record are stored only on your device unless you choose to share or save them.

Photos and text you send for AI sketches

When you create an AI sketch, the photo or text description you provide is sent over an encrypted connection to our server and passed to our AI processing partner (kie.ai, which runs Google image models) solely to produce your sketch. Uploaded photos and results are automatically deleted from the processing servers within 24 hours. Sketches are stored only on your device; we never use your photos to train AI models.

Account

The App does not require an account. We identify your installation with an anonymous device identifier to enforce fair-use limits.

Data we collect

• Usage data: type of AI request, timestamps, success/failure, cost, and the anonymous device identifier — used for limits and cost monitoring. Prompts and images are not stored in these logs.
• Purchases: subscription status is handled by Apple App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment card details.
• Content reports: if you report an AI result, we receive the reason you pick, your optional note, the app version and the anonymous device identifier.

What we do not collect

No name, email, phone number, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers. We do not sell personal data and we do not show ads.

Retention

Uploaded photos and results: deleted from servers within 24 hours. Usage logs and report records: up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can delete all your sketches and videos from the App at any time (Account → Delete all). For any privacy question or to request deletion of server-side data linked to your device, email support@drawbloom.app with your device id (shown in Account). EU/EEA users have the rights provided by the GDPR, including access, erasure and complaint to a supervisory authority.

Children

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.
